What is a Small Group Tour?
A Small Group Tour is a relatively loose term. This could mean a single person travelling on their own, a couple, a group of friends, a family or a corporate group. The tour size can range from 1 person to say 35, though there is no limit to the number of people we can cater for. Most importantly, you are free to explore and enjoy New Zealand with only your chosen group of travellers.
How it works
The first step is to make contact with us. You can do this by enquiring about one of our suggested tours or you can simply email us.
Your personal small group tour consultant will then be in touch within 12 hours (depending on the time zone you are in).
Your highly specialised consultant will then communicate with you via phone and email to determine exactly what you are looking for and what will make your New Zealand Small Group Tour special! You will then receive a detailed tour itinerary via email, which of course will be customised further until it matches exactly what you are looking for.
Once you are happy with your small group tour of New Zealand, it is time to book. From this point everything is taken care of for you. Every detail is thought of by your personal consultant, all bookings are made on your behalf and within ten working days you will receive your detailed confirmed tour documentation.
What is included?
Highly experienced and trained tour guide
Your tour guide is a vital element to the success and enjoyment of your New Zealand tour, therefore we only employ the most experienced and highly trained tour guides. Our guides are extremely professional and take each tour very seriously to ensure it runs seamlessly from start to finish, however they are also very personable, relaxed and flexible to ensure they can easily cater to your groups needs and requests. Your guide also acts as your driver.
All transportation within New Zealand is included in your small group tour package. We use luxury touring vehicles that suit the size of your group. In most instances these are late model Mercedes Sprinters through to luxury coaches for groups larger than 17 people. Some tours involve domestic flights, which can be included and booked on your behalf. No further transport is required; you are collected from the airport, delivered to your hotels, chosen activities, must visit scenic locations, restaurants and back to the airport for your departure. What more could you ask for?!

Arriving in New Zealand
Your tour guide will be waiting at the airport for you with a signboard reading your name. The most popular airports to fly into include Auckland, Christchurch and Queenstown.
From there your tour guide, who will also act as your driver, will take care of every detail of your holiday. They will not only help you check-in to your hotels and chosen must do New Zealand activities, they will also customise your New Zealand tour to suit your group in every way.
If you are travelling as a family, your guide will offer diversions to keep everyone happy, young and old. If you have a particular interest in history, culture, geology, wineries, wildlife, photography, etc., your guide will tailor your holiday to include a wealth of knowledge about your area of interest.
When it comes time to wave good-bye to your tour guide as they deliver you to the airport for your flight home, you would have shared many experiences together and formed a unique relationship.
