Day 2 Rotorua

Travel time Auckland to Rotorua – 3.5 hours

In the afternoon, lift high above Lake Taupo to soar around the volcanic peaks of Tongariro National Park, exploring the craters and colourful volcanic lakes on a scenic floatplane flight.

Day 5 Wellington

Travel time Taupo to Wellington – 4.5 hours
